More About Laurel Saltzman

A full-time Realtor since 2004, Laurel, a Chicago native, has lived with her husband and three children in Oak Park since 1996.
Laurel works predominately in residential sales, doing business almost exclusively by referral. Maintaining positive relationships with her clients, fellow Realtors, and service professionals is of utmost importance. Real estate is a team effort and Laurel has worked hard to establish good relationships with the professionals she recommends, from attorneys, home inspectors, and lenders, to contractors, designers, and architects.
Laurel has earned the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Since 2009, she has been a member of the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors Professional Standards Grievance Committee.
Over the years, Laurel has volunteered her time for her kids at Oak Park's elementary and middle schools, as well as the high school.  She has read for the blind, worked many shifts at the Oak Park/River Forest Food Pantry, hosts a drop site for Angelic Organics, a Community Supported Agriculture farm based in Rockford, IL, made many lunches for Housing Forward (a local organization devoted to ending homelessness) and is currently president of her synagogue.
Laurel has the knowledge and experience to guide you to a successful closing.
